I have been really late putting up this blog. Those who are following me on FaceBook (https://www.facebook.com/denDiva4U) may have seen this photo I shared in Jan, so sorry for the late post. Without any further small talk, lets proceed to the recipe.
You will need :
1) Boiled chicken – 4-5 pieces medium sized , shred the chicken to small pieces chunks
2) Capsicum/ Green pepper – 1 cut to long slices
3) Onion – 1 cut to long slices
4) Noodles/Chowmein – 1 packet (Boil the noodles,strain it n keep aside)
5) Ginger Garlic paste – 1-2 tbsp
6) Make a sauce mixture by adding below sauces in a bowl
– Tomato ketchup : 2-3 tbsp
– Soya Sauce : 2 tbsp
– Green chilli Sauce : 1-2 tsp
– Chilli Vinegar : 1-2 tsp (optional, I add a little to give a more tangy taste)
– Honey chilli Sauce : 2-3 tsp (optional, I like little sweet too 🙂 )
7) Salt n pepper : to taste
8) Ajinomoto : Optional ( I heard its not good for health, so better check before adding)
9) Oil
Process : (cooking will be done in medium to high heat)
1) Take Oil in a Kadai/wok and let the oil heat
2) Add the onions and fry for 2 mins
3) Then add ginger garlic paste and fry for another mintue
4)Then add the capsicum n shredded chicken and fry for 3-4 mins
5) Add the sauces and mix everything well
6) Finally add the boiled noodles, salt,pepper and mix it well so that the noodles are coated evenly with the sauce, cook for 2-3 mins
7) Add ajinomoto (if you want) and cook for a minute n its done
