Potato Cutlet
This is one of my fav items which I like from my childhood days. Mostly when there is any festival or auspicious occasion that day we don’t put onion garlic on our dishes. So on those days Mom would make it, and I love this mainly because it has coconuts. I luv coconut and I can’t help it being from a native of coastal Odisha. Its so simple and the taste is so yummm I can have any number of the cutlets 😀 .So lets get started with the recipe.

You will need items :

1) Boiled Potatoes – 2
2) Boiled Raw Banana – 1 Peeled off

5) Bread crumb – 1/2 cup
6) Salt & Oil

2) Then coat both the sides of one cutlet in bread crumb (by pressing down the cutlet in a plate containing bread crumbs).

3) Then take a pan and add the oil and add the cutlets and cook them roughly for 7-8 mins. Keep changing the sides so that both the sides are evenly cooked.
